Some activities you would do on a typical day at Cheesecake Labs
- Work closely with P&C Manager and partner with hiring managers to understand their needs, create job descriptions, and develop effective recruitment strategies;
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from initial outreach and interviews to offer negotiation
- Proactively source and identify top technical talent through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals;
- Source, screen, interview, prepare candidates, and hire top talents to ensure they meet technical and cultural fit criteria;
- Manage the ATS (Attraction Tracking System) Trakstar;
- Lead the Cultural Fit and Use Cases with candidates;
- Ensure a positive candidate experience by maintaining clear and timely communication throughout the recruitment process;
- Track and report on key recruitment metrics to measure effectiveness and identify areas for improvement;
- Discuss inputs about industry trends and recruitment standards;
- Help Employer Branding strategies.
In order to succeed, you'll likely need the following skills
- Advanced English level.
- Previous experience with a complete recruitment cycle;
- Previous experience with tech positions;
- Have the ability to qualify a candidate and understand what each candidate brings to the table, and then connect that candidate with the right opportunity;
- Excellent communication skills;
- Strong organizational skills;
- Applicants must live in Brazil, have a Brazilian bank account, be legally allowed to provide services to a Brazilian entity and willingness to receive in Brazilian local currency (Real R$)
Differentials
- Previous experience with Attraction Tracking System (Trakstar, Kenoby, Workable, or others);
