Some activities you would do on a typical day at Cheesecake Labs

  • Conduct strategic candidate identification, leveraging platforms like LinkedIn and specialized communities.
  • Lead alignment meetings with Talent acquisition analysts and leadership to gain a detailed understanding of role requirements and candidate profiles.
  • Hunting: apply advanced search techniques and hunting strategies, including Boolean searches using Linkedin Recruiter.
  • Work on passive attraction pipelines, qualifying candidates and developing attraction strategies.
  • Conduct initial communication with candidates, engaging them in the recruitment process.
  • Track and support recruitment processes, ensuring a smooth candidate experience.

In order to succeed, you'll likely need the following skills:

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Psychology, Business Administration, or related fields, with expected graduation between Dec/2025 and Dec/2026
  • Proficiency in Google Suite (G-Suite)
  • Intermediate to Advanced English (written and spoken)
  • Heavy LinkedIn user with a strong understanding of professional networking
  • Detail-oriented, with excellent analytical and research skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Curious and investigative mindset, eager to learn and explore
  • Applicants must live in Brazil and: have a Brazilian bank account, be legally allowed to provide services to a Brazilian entity, and willingness to receive in Brazilian local currency (Real R$).

It would be a differential if you have: 

  • Knowledge of Boolean search techniques
  • Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter
  • Familiarity with recruitment processes and the tech industry
